All products on our platform are sourced from verified third-party vendors holding valid FSSAI licenses. Skyeat ensures baseline quality standards before dispatch but is not responsible for any post-delivery issues.
Legal and safety liabilities rest solely with the manufacturer/vendor.
Orders delivered more than 10 days after dispatch can be refused without payment. Accepted deliveries after 10 days are not guaranteed for freshness, taste, or quality.
Skyeat follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Exceptional cases with valid unboxing proof may be reviewed internally.
Operations follow strict FSSAI-compliant procurement and food safety protocols. In audits or disputes, responsibility lies solely with the manufacturer/vendor. Skyeat’s role is distribution, packaging, and delivery facilitation.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms in this policy.
Skyeat ensures that all orders are processed and delivered within an estimated timeline of 3 to 5 working days, depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues are beyond Skyeat’s control.
